It is very homey! The owners are supper nice they go out of there way to make you feel at home. Lots of land to walk your dog. Very peaceful and quiet! And it's green and beautiful! Huge Olympic style pool ,very clean. Over all experience awesome!
Nice people but 2 blocks from VERY busy railroad. Horns all night long. Dog crap everywhere. Looks nothing like pictures this time of year. Horrible (cold water only) laundry/workout room. 700 per month way too expensive for this park.
The owners and employees are AWESOME. I love being there. They go out of there way to help. Place is nice clean and quit. People that stay there are friendly. Take my advise and stay awhile....
I've been living here for three years! Trains HA! Welcome to West Texas! CHIP and Genie are the best! Yeah the ads a little futuristic but he works his butt off trying to get it built..you can keep your fancy D.V.R. or b/s Free electric talk all you get is dust lots jammed up spaces and greedy unprofessional people at other parks Chip and Genie have 9 holes coming a go kart track free bbqs in the Summer months! Rent gonna be behind they will work around your busy schedule no worries and Pool Party is on This SUMMER BYOB!!!!!!
