It has always been a rule, no matter what city or what state, that the library is a quiet place. Not this library. Every time I have been in this library, the people around me talk and make noises. Today, there was a girl on the other side of me making numerous phone calls on her cell phone and not even trying to be quiet. When I said something about the library being a quiet place, she was rude and said that there were no signs up. There doesn't have to be signs in a library. Common sense says a library is a quiet place. I guess this girl does not have any common sense. She should be applying for her government assistance on her phone at home and then further make her personal phone calls to friends at home.
